IMAANI Skincare

At IMAANI, each product is crafted as a ritual of care—pure, intentional, and personal. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we follow the return guidelines below to ensure safety and integrity for all.

Returns

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@imaani.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue resulted from our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as IMAANI is not responsible for lost return shipments

Allergies & Sensitivities

We encourage reviewing ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. Individual reactions or sensitivities are not considered product defects.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

Customers located in the EU or UK have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery under consumer protection laws, provided the product is unopened, unused, and sealed.
This right does not apply to products that have been opened after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
