At IMAANI, every order is prepared with care and intention. We aim to deliver your ritual essentials promptly, safely, and beautifully.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped

  • During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • EU & UK: 7–21 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country’s customs authority

IMAANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

EU & UK Shipping Notice

Orders shipped to the EU and UK are sent in accordance with applicable cross-border regulations.
Under consumer protection laws, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the products remain unopened, unused, and sealed.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact info@imaani.com within 7 - 10 days of the delivery notice

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible

IMAANI is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.
